I bought some new rollers from swisco and they are slightly different than the ones I'm replacing. I was wondering if your company carried the one I'm trying to replace. The spring appears to have broken on the door lock set. I am enclosing 2 photos of the front and back of the set. I would like to replace the entire handle/lock set.

i have a andersen 11600r-2(stamped) with other numbers of J1 5#27 3 84...on the back side it it stamped 11600-3 with stciker of 36x20 single 1/1 lite can you assist on replacement part. the unit mounts with two holes located in the center of the unit

I have three 26-year-old patio doors, I am not sure of the original manufacturer. The rollers appear to be like your 81-030, and were marked as "Delmar Hardware Toronto". The dimensions match with the 81-030, in terms of length (3 1/8), width (3/4) and height (1), and have wheels with an outside ... (cont.)

Product Code 81-005 looks like the roller I need to replace. Your photograph and all dimensions match up. However, my roller has two screws: one is the adjustment screw and the other is a much larger screw just below the adjustment screw which attaches to the door frame. Your photograph does not sho ... I've measured the sash stop from my windows, it measures 1 3/16" x 3/8" x approx 3", and the track it fits into measures 1 1/8".
