I have Kinro windows, single hung approx. 30" x 59 1/2". I'm having some problems with the channel balance(s). As near as I can tell the only thing I see broken is the "channel balance top". I have to replace several balance boxes in my Andersen double hungs dating from the mid-80s. They are stamped with the following: 11600-17 E49 9#31 10-86 There is no stamp on the tab end that would suggest a replacement part number. Thanks for your help.

I'm having trouble finding an exact match for this channel balance. It's a non-tilt window. "25 3 KO CALDWELL" is the marking. The metal piece is 26" long, 1/2" wide. the top looks like a 19-005 and the shoe 15-004. If this is a custom configuration, does it make it much more expensiv ... (cont.)
