Just wanted to make sure that I am looking at the right lock replacement for this door. The thumb latch broke and I have to replace it. Could you just let me know what part is correct for me. It is an Anderson 200 series door. Thanks

I need to replace the operator for both left & right anderson casement window. The strait arm operator looks correct. However, it has a different part number. On the back of my operator it is stamped:3 7198-17Does this make a difference?

I have several of these windows where the channel balance knife shoe (part 15-014)has broken. On a couple of them both sides are broken and the top portion of the window falls down unless the window is latched closed. The black rubber piece around the glass needs to be replaced, I don't know what the correct name of that is? I don't know the manufacturer, bought house with it installed already.

I was looking into replacing the latches for some tilt windows in my townhouse. I browsed the pics on this site and was unsure of the exact latches to purchase. My question is about the tolerance of the length of the vent lock. The cutout opening for your 26-122 vent latch is pictured in the drawing as 1 29/32" in length. On your part #39-264 the screw dimension is 3 11/16 inch apart and on the orginal crank it is 4 1/2 inch's apart. All of the other dimensions are matching. Will this work for me? Thank You Mel
