The channel balances in my windows appear to have a 15-004 shoe and a 19-005 top. (1/2" wide balance, non-tilt aluminum window) Do you have anything compatable? I need... one pair for a 16" 1520 BSI one pair for a 22" 2130 BSI two pair for a 28" 2730 BSI

The distance between the center of the mounting hole and the bottom of the top plate is 3/4". Please see the picture below:

I have a non tilt aluminum window that is original to my 1989 house. It is very hard to open and close the window, the channel balances seem to not move smoothly with the window. The specifications for screen door rollers 84-101 and 84-016 appear to be identical - 1-1/4" dia and 5/16" thick. I found the most similiar channel balance that I need to replace in your web. However, I am 100 percent sure if this will work. I don't know what is the manufacturer for windows, the replacement has letter and number. Db27-3. I found your series 380 is the most similiar one. Is it just okay to order ... (cont.)

The 15-058 is what you are probably looking for. There currently is only a drawing of it online, but it is the same assembly as the 15-027 but without the metal bracket.

I have two Andersen awning windows with operators similar to your 39-343. Andersen used to make an extension kit which had an extension piece to add to the operator arm and a longer bar for it to ride on. They have discontinued the part. Do you possibly have any in stock? Thanks
