Channel Balance, sash guide, top and shoe
I have to replace the channel balances for the steel windows in my Florida apt. The one that looks like it fits is the 31 " 1/2 inch wide 377 series on your site. Replacement window hardware
Hello. I have 31 windows in my home. They are in fairly good condition, but the plastic pull tabs on the corner pieces are all breaking (see picture #1), and I can't pull the screens in. How To Measure Channel Balances
First, measure the metal part only, this will determine the balance length. Then, give us any numbers printed on the balance. Last, take a look at the balance shoes (attachments) and see if you can match them to a set Swisco carries (this will determine the balance series).

Series 351 channel balance.
I want to replace a channel balance with S351-22. It is marked 22d.When I try to place an order it requires me to choose option 2110,2120,2130, or 2140 before I can add to my shopping basket. I dont know what the options mean. Thanks. I just need 1.

Andersen window crank identification
I need to replace a broken crank. 1361318 is stamped on the 4.5" arm. An R (for right?) is stamped on the arm under the number. From outside the hinges are on the left so in theory I should need a left crank. But when I search for the part number, your site gives me the oposite opener or a right ... (cont.)

Black Tip window balances
We do have black tip window balances available but you need to pick out the series spiral balance first. Start at the beginning of the spiral balance catalog section to determine the series balance you need.

Need this latch with guides on both sides
It appears that the window latch that I'm looking for is close to the 26-243. My latch has a guide on both sides that allows it slide in the slot to secure it but I noticed that this one only has one side made like that. Take a look at S351-25, stamp option 2430. I have know the Series 351 balances to be used as replacement block and tackles for Gapco Windows. Gapco may have used other series balances as well so if this does not match up, please reply with some photos of your balance system for us to research. ... (cont.)
