We have a bay a wooden window that was installed in the early l980's. The plunger pins that hold the screen into the wooden frame have come out and the screw part that holds them in is gone. I am not sure what you are asking. Are you looking for S775-28 with the option 28C and a 1" shoe?

I'm trying to find the replacement part for the pivot cam, but don't see one in your inventory that matches. The demensions are approx. 3/8" x 3/8" x 3/4" and it's white plastic. Could you tell me if the 81-018 is a Truth brand roller or another brand. If another brand, what are the pros and cons of this product vs Truth brand. These would be used on heavy sliding glass doors on Florida ocean front property so it needs to withstand salt and sand.

We believe our part 81-033 will work for you. It isn't die cast, but stamped steel. This roller was used by Acorn, Wells Aluminum, and Rollyson.
