I need a replacement vent stop for the double hung windows I have but don't have a part number. Its made of plastic & several of them are cracked/missing. I have a Sears storm/screen door. I do not have the model number, but the 40-165 appears to be the same type of assembly. My question is, is the size universal between the different types of doors?

Normally the Series 795 27" has a stamp option that starts with the number 27 If you are sure that you have series 795 please remove the window sash and place it on a scale. I have a window balance marked 29B TSI AK that looks like your 770 series, but it is 9/16" depth insted of your 1/2". Will that be a problem?
