help me identify the balance and the guide
The balance looks like our Series 390-28 (2740). The top sash guide I don't recognize. I would need dimensions, but look at our 18-008 as a possible replacement.

"Axle" for patio door roller/wheel
Sorry I don't know the terminology, but here goes. The patio door is very old, and I can't get replacement roller parts. I'm thinking I'll just drill a 1/4" hole through the door bottom rail, and install one of your wheels (1 1/2" diameter, 1/4" hole). I don't care about having to adjust the height ... (cont.)

Is there a heavy duty version of this roller?
I have replaced the wheels on my 4'door (8' doorwall) 3 times now. The adjustment screw pushes out on one side only. I have installed nuts inside (even an acorn nut on the inside end of the adjuster) but the 3/4" wide case collapses... the door is very heavy. Do you have a heavy duty model wheel ... (cont.)
