My balance is marked 27E but is the same dimentions as your 28" series 770. Is this an old style and can I use the 770? Thanks

You can take a look at the shoe by itself, it is 15-001. Let me know if you need more dimensions than what is displayed in the 15-001 product picture.

After reading the question about 28B and 28C, I'm assuming that for my balance stamped 28D I'll need to order the S380-29 balance with the option 2840, but I wanted to double check before ordering. Thanks.

please verify that the dimensions of the 58-162 are 1/8" across and 5/16" in height as the 5/16" seems very small. thank you

Hi The roller i have is exactly like the 84-074 except it doesn't have the silver cap in the top center. Is that screwed in. Is that piece removeable? Thanks Steve

where is your table for window weight and spiral ballance color code for the S500-28? I do not know what a standard weight is but I know my window weight is 20 lbs.

No, even if the window and door are both produced from the same manufacturer each have many different models and makes. Unfortunately, you will need to remove the rollers from the door in order to identify the replacement.

I just bought 20 spiral balances from you. When I started to replace them I found the plastic piece that the balance is attached to broken. Is your handing on casement operators 39-146 & 39-147 as looking at the window from the outside? In other words looking at the window from outside a LH would hinge on the left side and a RH on the right side. Do the crank operators come with screws? Thanks, Bruce

My 56 yr old casement windows have the crank and its "receiver" stripped and the crank turns uselessly.The crank fits onto a metal box approx. 1" x 4" with a protrusion. do you have replacements for this metal box & crank? Sorry, I don't know the right names for this stuff
