I believe the roller you want is 81-095. Look on the website and match it up to your original roller. If you are still not sure, send us pictures with measurements.

Dear Sirs; The measurement of the spline on our operator is 5/16" or 10mm across. Is this going to accomodate your 3/8" rear bore or am I looking at the wrong item (39-104). There are 12 teeth on the spline. The other dimensions are close enough

I have had success changing your Forever door latch with the 40-150 inside handle. Unfortunately, it is not a straight forward replacement though. I needed to add a shim underneath the 40-150 handle during installation so that the handle latched correctly.
