Wheels are 1.125" diameter. Frame is about 11/16" thick. It's about 7/8" thick at the flared section. Overall length from mount hole to end of wheel is about 4.5"

I have 4 windows where the metal part is 29 inch and 1 where it's 23 inch. The 29 inch parts say "28 3 GS Caldwell". The 23 inch part has no markings. I have more pictures to share if needed.

I believe I have a Series 395 channel balance, but the dimension is higher than what you offer.The stamped value is 4290.There is also RE 35 after it (with a vertical 8S.I. in between - not sure about the *). So4290 - 8S.I. (vertical) - RE 35.thanks!

I have 10 windows with an old balancer. Most are broken and need to be replaced. The windows are of varying sizes, but all appear to use the same type of balancer. Please advise what replacement parts I can buy to get these windows working again.

My mortoise lock fell inside of my patio sliding door when i loosened it up. I have no way to match it up with my door handle set which I believe are Swisco. I'm thinking that my set is 82-086 with key lock. Can you offer me the matching mortoise lock part number? Thank you

Hi. Needing to find a replacement for the sliding door hardware. The wheel broke off. The wheel is 1 1/8 in diameter. Need help finding parts

I just replaced all 4 spiral springs balances measuring 27 x 5/8. I charged the springs with 12 turns on each side, but the top window wants to slide down 1/2 inch to an inch no matter what I do. I can't tighten the balance anymore or I won't be able to get the window up or down. Not sure what I ... (cont.)
