Does Swisco have a casement window operator that can replace the Anderson 7074B?

I would like to buy 2 Series 795 channel balances (28B) with the 15-198 hook attached, and 1" closed cam shoes. (I think 15-194) Can I buy the channel balances with the hook attached? ...or do I need to modify them myself?

Hello, I need four window channel balances (model S795-33C), but with a balance clip attachment installed so that it can fit into a square hole. Could you please let me know the cost for these so that I can place an order?
