Swisco Team, I have a window where the plastic part which is attached to the end of the Sash Cord (that the window frame sits in), is broken. This is the part where I rotate the window 90 degrees and can lift the window out of that plastic part (removing the window from the frame). I am sending ... (cont.)

This is an internal corner key from an older exerior storm door and I am trying to find any replacement that comes close. It is 1 1/16" x1 1/8"x 2 1/2". The frame is 1 3/16" thick.

Shattered on right side, with coiled spring falled to sill. Left side shown but may not be connected to spring. What is the name of this part?

Spring balance in a 24 year old Milgard. Measures 9/16" wide metal is 30-5/8" long. Length including plastic ends is 32". The plastic bit on the big end is 1-1/16" deep and 7/8" wide at the ears.

We have two of the double hung windows that are very difficult to open. We are looking for replacement balances that have a greater lift capacity than the original ones that came with the windows. I watched your video on how to replace a broken handle operator replacement. You showed in the video that there's a cut-out that allows the arm to detach from the slot bracket. My problem is the arm falls out of the cut-out when you're opening and closing the window. My slot bracket is 11 1/2". H ... (cont.)

I think its the shoe balance that broke on my window when you fold down the top. Can you tell me what the part is called and number? Ill have my step father put it in if you guys can tell me from my info.
