Hello, our customer asked us to find a replacement for the part shown in the photo. The pulldown (key?) which she used to pull to open and close the latch to secure the tilt-out window has broken off. So we would need a new assembly. Please help us find one. Thank you.

Hello, I need the broken plastic part in the attached enclosed pictures. I do not know what it is called. Balance is 27 inches long.

Sorry for tape in pics, but handle falls without. It seems to be PADO LATAO hardware. It's 7" on inside/outside length and 1" wide inside/outside and 3/4" on edge- hope this helps

The metal portion is 27 in long. The stamp reads 26 5 EX CMC 4. This looks like the S385-27 part but the sash weight code has a blank for the third digit, I.e., a space between 26 and 5. Also the existing part doesn't have any holes along the sides but it still seems to be the only match. ... (cont.)
