This is a corner mounted tilt latch that we removed from a metal frame window.

This balance came out of a older metal frame window. Kinda held in by two screws but kinda just sat there. The metal clip will clip into the shoe then a retainer clip locks it in

Hello, I am attempting to replace this handle with a keyed handle. The handle has a hole distance of 3 15/16". I am wondering if I can just replace the handle and it will be compatible with my current lock mechanism or if I need to replace both the handle and lock mechanism.

Hello! My pivot shoe and bar are broken. I have an Anderson window, as described on the sticker. Could you please help me with choosing a correct pivot shoe and bar?

A couple have broken, looking for replacemnts and extras on hand, none of Home depot/ Lowes off the shelf match. my windows are unmarked so I cant identify the window model/or maker. The orginal internal mechanism is flush with the outer edge of the tilt latch

Black plastic bottom, then spring, and then grey plastic stick inside the spring and inside the black bottom, and on the top of the gray stick, there is white plastic part and a string

I have tried replacing this with "reverisable" cranks to no avail. This is for a double jalousie window with the cranks in the middle. It is on the left side of the right side window and there is a crank next to it (1"apart) for the left window.

I need a replacement balance. The stamping say BSI 28D TT. I'm not sure about the cam because it snapped in the window channel and I have not fished it out yet due to the weather. I've uploaded pictures.

Hi I have two windows that do not stay open and need this part. There is also another window that just needs one. My Contractor removed this for me.
