I purchased two Swisco 36" 5/8" red tip balances and trying to install into old balance shoe. I do not find a part similar to what I have. Hi 2230 is inscribed. Looks similar to series 710 on one end, but the other end appears to to be more of a horn shape- terrible description, sorry but correct word escapes me. Would also be looking to replace the connection points on the actual window

The gears are stripped so the operator must be replaced. The legs attached to the window are about 8.5" long and the legs attached to the operator are slightly shorter. Do you have this mechanism?

I don't see the set screws on these handles to replace them. am I missing something?

The parts in the pictures are from a 29x21 kitchen window left side frame of unknown manufacturer. I am looking to replace the assembly on the left and right sides. I'm looking to purchase 4 channel balancers for milgard windows. The channel has an ink stamp. 32 4 JU CMC 7. Would like PN so I can order replacements. The one channel end has a 1" lobe so should be a series 380.

I have this window crank and I need one with a folding crank handle. It doesn't look like the handle comes off the the crank.
