I believe this might be from an "Quantum 2" window (there is a "Q2" on the latch) but as I cannot find any other identifying information I have no way of finding the right part (or "stamp" as your site indicates).

I recently ordered 24 of the 30" 380 series because this website said to compensate for wear when measuring the old channel balances.
