I have two windows sizes from a bronze frame window made by Viking. sirca 1995.size one. stamped bsi 2830second size stamped bsi 2840third. is a piece that fits to the top of the window that keeps the guide from popping upHere are some pictures. Hi, I am looking for spring balances for my Non Tilt windows in a 2006 block home in Florida. They are big and heavy windows (68"x52" approx) The Stamp reads " UB 28D" from what I can tell. See photo. The lengh of just the metal is 29" Need to replace balances for 4 windows.

This is the piece that holds the window in securely in each top corner of window. Also, this is the window latch. The plastic has become brittle and they have broken and now the windows fall in during a hurricane

What is the type and is it available?

Need a (one) replacement latch bracket (right side?) .. not sure right or left but see photos. From the inside its the far right window that swings out. The left side window has its latch bracket in place. Not sure why the photos are sideways.

Need 20 33-1/8" with 20 L and 20 R tilt locks and 40 finger pulls. Also need the coil ballasts. No idea how to get the broken ones out LOL
