I have awning window with 3 panes. At the bottom there is a torque bar which has a connecting plate on both ends which attaches to window frame. the metal measures 29 3/4 inches nedd custom made

It appears that I need a series 395 2550 part to replace in my windows but just wanted to check. Channel is 26" long stamped 25 5. Has wings on top but not on bottom.

Could use 6 pair of clips and 8 window sash seals

The part is stamped 29DS38. The channel is 1/2" wide. Metal part is 30" long.

Replacing parts

I ordered what I thought were the correct parts but when they arrived, they were not even close. I really need to sliders that unlock the windows for tilting them to clean etc.

There are unfortunately no markings on the hardware or windows, but they were installed 10 years ago.

Hi I have several windows that have failed balances. There preventing my windows from opening and staying open. The hook at the one end of these fixes to the top of the window frame. I assume that there is at the bottom of part of the balance that has caused the issue. I haven't looked for this part ... (cont.)

My builder didn't include covers over the channel that the window sashes slide up and down in. Please reference the window information sent and give me a part number to order. Thank you
