I have a a couple tilt windows that won't stay up. There is a window balancer that has P2130 stamped on it on each side of the frame. The window balancer doesn't appear to be attched to the window frame at all. The balancer seems to just freely go up and down inside the window channel. There is a sh ... (cont.)
