1/4 inch keeper and lock with screw holes 11/16 in set back from edge of window. cannot find these 2 together in 1 lock and latch set

I'm looking to replace the door threshold and sweep (weather strip). The one in the picture is 35.5 inch long and has four screws for securing. Any options that would work to replace are welcome.

This is an aluminum window that is discontinued from 2018. The handle turns but it appears to be stripped. Will not open or close. Hi I'm having trouble finding 23 inch or 23.6 inch slider plus back bracket for that size.

I was not seeing this type of channel balance in the ones available. It measures 33" and has a hole at the top and a sharp angled clip at the bottom. The stamp is 33D
