The frame has a missing shoulder bolt that should latch inside the keyhole shaped sliding latch mechanism. I want to replace the mechanism or update it without modifying the door itself. Thanks in advance!

I am unable to locate window tilt latch replacements for the size on my windows. Attached are photos of the one that broke. I can't figure out where the 2 pieces connect.
