Hi, With pics attached, Is your product 39 - 312 the correct replacement for this application. The connections and crunch look a little different. But I may be able to work with your 39 - 312 if this looks good from your experience, Craig

All of our windows have the plastic pieces on each side except one window that only has one piece. That window will not stay up unless it's pushed all the way up. This was caught on a home inspection for a sale so we're in a rush to get some help before our closing date.

We're trying to identify this balance shoe. It looks to be for a double pin 3/8 spiral balance.
