Hello, We are replacing the spiral tube windows balances for vintage windows measuring 5/8" diameters and 31" tubes. They are the old vintage ones. Do the updated spiral tubes work in lieu of the vintage ones?

Looks like it's a locking part for window with a crank. Believe it's a republic window that went out of business in 2008. I was looking to buy 8 of them.

the clips that hold the bottom piece of the screen door broke, so now when opening and closing the door the bottom piece comes out. i cannot figure out the name of the pieces to fix this. please help. wife is mad at me.

Needing a patio door latch and handle, preferably with a key to the exterior if possible. The latch on the inside of the sliding door that hooks to lock the door broke.
