I'd like to replace the hardware 8-10 casement windows

I included a picture of what holds the spring down and the side of the channel. It seems to me made out of plastic and very brittle. Is this part removable and replaceable? How to identify tilt latch and replace them? Windows were from Home Depot approximately 10 or more years ago?

The crank of the window operator came out and the thread is gone. We likely need to replace the whole operator including the crank. The other picture is of a window lock.
