This morning I removed my lower window sash to get the glass replaced and noticed both window balance shoes are broken. The string on my window balance broke. From looking at your website I'm pretty sure I need a 24" inch series 795 channel balance. I see a 15-195 t- lock balance is included. Hello. This clip is from the left side of a window. The clip locks the window into the window frame and is used to remove the window for cleaning, etc. I would be purchasing multiple left and right clips to have as spares. Thank you very much for your assistance.

I believe balancer is what I only needed. Condition for white piece and metal piece that attached to the window is OK.
