I am trying to identify the plastic piece that is in the middle of the metal channel and seems to be part of the pulley system. Is this part sold separately? Also, based on the imprint on the channel in second photo, can you confirm that the 770 Series Balance is compatible? The channel is 26" long ... (cont.)

I believe this is a republic double hung window that was installed in 2007

Need the top and borttom flush bolts for this door, I cannot find anything close. I do not know the manufacturer and there is not a label or plate on the door.
