SLIDING PATIOS DOOR ROLLER

It appears the bolt is stripped and which allows the window to close. We are trying to avoid taking the entire window apart and just replacing the part.

Hi, I have several windows that need new operators. There are 2 numbers on the existing Truth part #31850 on the dual arm and #45251 on the back of the crank part. I am not sure which replacement part I need to order. I have Bronze and white finishes. Thank you

Need part numbers to order I don't see the exact item

I have two door walls which measure 6'4" wide and 6'9" tall. Unusual size and unknown manufacturer. Likely installed in the 1970's. House in Virginia, built in 2006, several balances broken on vinyl windows. Part # on balance looks like 28C Rd BS1. It is 28" long. Top & bottom sash are about 30" high x 32.5 wide. The photos are the handle and lock mechanism from an IWC slider. The handle holes are approximately 4 15/16" apart.
