I broke the handle off the Anderson sliding door which operates the lock/latch. We didn't remove it because it's a main exit and if we can't put it back our house wouldn't be safe. We are using a screw driver to lock and unlock itThank you!Carol

I have searched many stores and websites and I cannot find this exact lock. My windows also have no distinct markings or brand identifiers to help me figure out who manufactured them.

Crack Anderson casement

Hi, I can't figure out which system is needed. No markings on the window itself. The springs are stamped with 22 4 LJ Caldwell. Each end has wings. I needed a total of 10 ea but am afraid if I order they won't fit. If you can please help me. Thank you. Josephine

I need to replace both the left and right operators on a casement bow window without identification markings. The gears on both operators is either stripped or missing. The throw arm length is about 12 inches from the jamb to where it meets the track on the sash bottom.
