Back Drawer Socket for BARN DOOR Furniture

I have a set of kids' BARN DOOR bedroom furniture. The back socket on all the dresser drawers have broken or cracked and the "slides" that go in them hang up or down, so now all the drawers do not close properly. Is there a replacement piece for this back socket "plate"?

trying to locate plastic guides for drawers

I am looking for the plastic guides in my dresser that fit into a groove on the outside bottom edges of the dresser drawer and guide the drawers into the dresser straight. I have attatched a photo. The dresser is a Dillingham Esprit.
