I have 2 windows that need new hardware as they do not close. On one, the plastic is cracked. On the other the cover is coming out and it will not close. Note that each one opens a different directions. What do I need to order please?

My window size is 32" W x 35 1/2" H. Manufacturer was ATI Windows. The length of metal piece (channel) is 33". The stamp on the channel is "DB 102 3230" as you can see on the first picture. Please identify it and tell me your part number so that I can order them. Thank you, Hank
