I need two window guides for Alcan bottom sashes, please. The guides are 24 inches, and the sash weight code is "h 2310." The bottom shoe is 7/8 inch, not 1 inch. I believe I've got a 380 channel balance. My shoe attached is 1" and top attached is .5". It measures 30" long. The number on this channel balance is 2990. My windows are Harcar. Let me know if you need any other info. Thank you.
