I'm looking for two pivot bars for a simonton window installed in 2003. They appear to be just under 3 inches long and about 1/8 or 3/16" thick. I'm selling my house and closing is just over 3 weeks away.

Need latches to replace old broken ones

Need a new handle for my sliding glass door, exterior, series 950, SGD-R20/25. Need it in white. The distance between the two screws is 5 inches as you will see on one of the photographs I have attached. I need to know what handles you have that will fit my door. Thank you.

I am looking for various parts for Weather Shield windows circa 2002 to 2005. I have attached photos of the window balances, shoe, tilt latch and pivot pin. My window coil balance is broken. I just ordered two of the series 160 balances (7.5 lb for a 14.5 lb lower window). However, It appears that I have four of the coil balances two on each side. I have several windows within my house which do not remain open. Here is a picture I took of one of the working windows. I am trying to determine which window shoe and balance to purchase. The windows appear to be 20 years old. What parts should I purchase?

I have three Ducana awning windows that I need new crank handles (5/16" hex drive) and the bracket that attaches to the window casing with two pins on it for the operator arms to fasten to.

After removing the putty, I did not find any springs. There are holes as pictured below in the metal frame that I believe hold springs that the diy videos indicate I need to hold the pane of glass. Do you sell the springs, what do they look like, and how are they placed to secure the pane of glass? ... (cont.)
