Hello! I have 4 broken Simonton window balance parts. I would like to replace the entire unit shown in the photos including the coils. I took a photo of the coil number and of the window label. Hoping to replace all 3 parts in all windows in my home

The casement operator appears to be stripped as the handle spins and will not open or close the windows. I need approximately 10 sets and will identify the amount of right or left handed if you can identify the part. Thanks, Bill

Some of my windows will no longer stay up by themselves. When I took the window apart these were the parts. I also have 2 window that the top drops down and will not stay up where they belong.

2790 BSI, 31 lb. Looks just like your S390-28 except it needs the 19-005 Balance Top Winged. 15-001 shoe is the same as the one I have. Channel measures 1/2 x 28. I need a part number to order two of them. Thanks

Hello - I am looking for a crank handle for a casement window. Color seems to be a sandstone/beige color. Window currently has crank handles but they do not fit when folded. Window locks are 1 and 3/4 wide. It has small coil springs inside. The windows are from 1985 and I believe are made by Malta.

Hi I have a double sliding glass door.It is a KC series 7000.I am looking for some replacement roller parts. From center of bolt hole to center is 6&7/8 inch.
