I am looking for 1/2" balances for Jordan Windows. The balances are 28 inches long. Attached are pictures of other measurements and ends. The house was built in 2006. There is a sticker on the window sill that says: Series 2112 AAMA/NWWDA 101/I.S.2-97 H-LC35-48X96

Lower tilt out vinyl sash weighs -23 lbs and is 36" tall so probably need 35" travel. Old balance assembly has 2 coil springs as shown in picture. The lower window will not remain in an elevated position, when released it drops back to the bottom of track in freefall. Hi, I am looking for a recommendation to replace my lock. It has an 11" bolt pattern, and actuator is 3/4 offset. 3/4 wide face plate and 11 3/4 over all length. My door also has a key lock on the outside.

The only markings I see, are GU, and the letter A. I have more pictures, if necessary

Hello, I believe these are 380 Channel Balances based on the previous ones I bought.However the lenght of the aluminium part is 23", not 24".I've double checked.Is it possible to get 23" channels with 380 fittings?Thank you,Foster

Outside handle is 7 7/16" L Screw holes for indoor handle are 4" apart

Most are rotten and or missing the middle piece. Just purchased a mfg home, need help replacing these. I don't know the part name and where I can purchase, hopefully.

I believe the part number is 32-336. It is a replacement part for our automatic drawer closure. We would like to order one pair to make sure they work.
