25 inch, pictures included, window balance sping. Please identify the right part to order.

I have multiple windows I need to replace the balancers on. I need these parts asap as I sold my house and need to repair them. The balancers are stamped with 26 3 and also 26 4 and the measurements on the metal sleeve is 27" not measuring plastic fittings.

I had a break into my home and the person cause damage to the window Title latches and window sash lock. I have tried to order from different companies and it alway seem never find the right ones. Could please help in any way. Many thanks.Best RegardsJimmy

Looking for a placement hinge for a pie/corner cabinet door.

Length is 32" & 5/8. The only stamp is 32DS 45 and in smaller letters after 45 is RN then either 1S8 or IS8 then TJ. It is a Milgard viinyl single hung window, we believe it is part of the Tuscany series (8220/8230/8270) made in 2008. We will need 2 balances.

The roller is 1 1/4" and the rear width under the screw is roughly 13/16" maybe 7/8". The total length from front to back is 2 1/4" long. I need two of them as the door is really heavy and it won't roll anymore. Thanks for your help with this Dave

I need to replace both of my up/down window channel balance. I do not know the manufacturer of the window but it's about 20 years old. Also, the windows did not have the take out clips; Is that normal to not have them or perhaps the installer to remove them? Thanks.
