Missing the inside part

Are replacement parts available?

I'm needing complete latch set but the other part fell down into the door. It had a key that opened it from the outside & yet locked on the inside. This part in picture is 41/4" long.

When I tried to up the window today it stopped abruptly. The string spring thing came out towards me when I pulled the window in like to clean it. Where do I find this?

I have a Simonton window with duel springs one spring has broken but i can not find any stamp on the spring to determine which replacement i need. What are your suggestion ?

This is from a house that was build in 1925. The arm that comes out of the box does not protrude out of the box when fully close which makes it difficult to identify the correct window operator. From what I could measure, the arm that is connected by the screw is about 2 3/8 in length.The space betw ... (cont.)

Hi. I am looking for sash stopper parts for Alenco windows.

This seal latch is broken because my handicapped son pressed to hard on it before the window was totally closed.there are no names or numbers but the window is a Polaris about 20 yrs old.It seems that the latch is separate with 2 bolts from the rest of the sealing mechanism.
