I have a large window in which the window balance system broke. The metal channel is 27" long. The window measures 58" tall to 50" wide. I need to order two window balances. One for left side and one for right.

The rollers are stamped Allen Stevens. The numbers stamped in are 60 49 in a circle. Possibly an inspection stamp. I think your product number 81-005 might be correct.

Long arm 9", short 4 1/2". Base 4 7/16" wide at front lip.

Need to replace 4 strips, but cannot find an exact match. 2 strips on each door. 1 door is 32 inches and the other is 36 inches.

The bottom of one of my windows suddenly became so heavy to open. I figured that nothing holds it to open it, the spring on the sides broke. The bottom part of window is 26 high x 26 width. I can see two of those springs that broke. Let me know what I should get.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-33 or S385-33, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

it is a plastic piece with three circles. it goes in the window casement and the side locks clamp onto it. They are white plastic.

I need to replace the Latch/Lock set. The Brass face is 7 11/16 top to bottom by 13/16 wide, with screw holes 6 7/8 center to center.
