We have a window in the kitchen and the two latches that bring the window forward to open or clean glass is missing. Need to know if you have same in stock by looking at the photos below.

The metal piece broke. I wed the replacement part for that.

I'm trying to identify this channel balance to get a replacement. I can't seem to find it on your site. It's 27" long. It came out of a metal window that slides up and then swings out like a door. Please help. Thanks

The window manufacturer is unknown. Windows were installed when house was built in 1997. Lying flat as pictured it is 5/8" wide and 1 3/16" long. The depth is 5/8"

These are on small windows enclosing a patio. I have 20 windows that all need new rollers but i cant find a manufacturer or item numbers on anything. Any help would be appreciated

Hello. I am shopping for the track, on the floor that THIS part works with. Someone removed the track on the floor when the huse was carpeted. I need to reinstall the floor track. maybe aluminum house was built in 1957 the track is approximately 17 inches long and on the outward extending arm I think is says window # 27 its about 10 inches long. the part that is missing looks like made of nylon that slides up and down.

Sir, In replacing my window balances I noticed that I have a broken top corner bracket for my PGT window. Do you have a part number for this item?

A Swisco rep said my balances look like the series 751, but with a plain channel, not ribbed. But they're also held in with a screw not a hook. But the marking (33HD) resembles the markings on your ribbed option. What do you suggest? I need 8 balances.

Window operator is marked Truth Hardware so I assume lock is same. Not sure if handed, but need replacement for broken handle on other window next to this one in photos, both locks are mounted in center mullion of double casement.

The right side spring assembly broke

I cannot close this window. There is a circular disk that keeps coming out as I try to close window. Not sure how it supposed to stay in the hole or if it is stripped out. Thank you, Tony
