I have a 11 inch 1020 balance. I believe that the channel balance shoe is a unwinged 15P162 with a 15P32 top. But would like to verify prior to ordering

Good morning, We're looking for a corner key for a rolled aluminum screen frame. My measurement of the rolled screen section that this corner piece fits into is 3/8" thick x 9/16" wide (outside width), and I believe the key size is 1/4" wide by 7/16" (but not sure). I would like to order a 17" channel balance for a double hung window installed in 1979 but don't know how to select from options 16R, 16HD and 16TG. Can you explain? Photos attached. My plan is to order one and see if it works. If it does I would order several more.

As you can see from my drawing the total length of mine is 6 5/8". Do these come in that length. If not I can route out the hole on the door to fit. Mine is brass (originally before discoloration)

I have damaged my Pella sliding patio screen frame. The screen frame is 4 ft x 8 ft and the frame members are 1 1/2 inches wide and appear to be aluminum extrusions with a plastic corner fitting inserted. Can this corner fitting be replaced and do you have such a part? The part has not been removed ... (cont.)

The door manufacturer is PGT. Wheel diameter is 1 1/2inches thickness 3/4 inch Dimensions of the body are 1 15/16" X 1 9/16" inches. Thanks for your help
