Need to replace window balances, my existing is stamped with 22E USB See pictures The length of the metal piece is 23", the width looks like 1/2" each end has plastic guides. The spring, cord and internal parts all came off. HElLP! Thanks

Look for the window "Surface Clip" as shown in the first 2 pictures. The next 2 pictures show without the "surface clip". I need to order this parts. Please let me know what is your part/product number.

There's a spring on the top of the side railing. But on the bottom there's this "Pivot-lock guide" that makes it stay up while open.

We were able to take this part off and play around with the rods but once reinstalled; rods still won't respond to the movement of the lock.

Existing balance stamped 13 3, along with CJ EP, with BSI in between those letters, running perpendicular. Matches description for your Series 385. Length of metal is 13&5/16".
