1996 Semco double hung tilt window
Needs new channel balances 24TG on three windows. It seems to be the inside balances that the feet are broken. The old blue ones with metal. Windows are around 32 pounds.

GA Spiral Balance Replacement clip

sliding glass door handle with double lock?
We have PGT sliding glass doors that we'd like to be able to lock with a key on both the inside and outside. These doors are never used and don't want to take any chances with our little one getting outside where there is a pool. We have a normal swing door right next to the sliders, so no worries ... Need help for identifying channel balances
Hi, I'm confused whether I need to buy Series 380 or 385 Channel Balances. Top looks quite obvious, but not sure about shoes (should I include the wing to the length?) FYI, It was 0.5 inch wide and 21 inch long. Also I can see "20 4 KP CALDWELL" Thanks, Junho

Cracked window glazing bead
While I was cleaning outside I found a piece from my window that I identified as a glazing bead. I searched all of my local hardware stores, but none of them carry them. Hi, just double checking that I am picking the correct parts? I think I need two s140 12lb balancers. The one in the pictures measures thickness of 9/16", width 1 5/16" and length with shoe is 4 9/16". Also wondering if my pivot bar is going to fit into the s140 shoe?
