Hi, I'm looking for a replacement piece of a Truth Casement window lock. The plastic piece seen in the picture connects to the vertical lock arm. Do you carry this?

Glide broke while trying to reinstall the window.

I have two windows with balancers that need to be replaced. Both balancers are 33 inches long and I included serial numbers in the photos. The balancers I removed look similar other than the spring is larger in the balancer from the larger window.

the white plastic piece slides up&down, clicks into the track to keep on the track. I think this is a 30+ year old door so not sure whether to replace the entire part of just the white plastic portion that clicks into the track. No part # or serial number anyhwere I can see.
