Hello, I need replacement channels for a MIlgard single hung window. The metal part of channel is 23 1/2 and the stamp is 23 2. I think i need the 380 but not sure. Can you tell me. thanks!!

Hello, one of my rollers is completely shot and makes it a constant trouble to close and open the door. Yes the track is separating but the main metal track cover looks fine. Hello, I'm pretty sure I need a Series 380 channel balance replacement (1 inch plastic footer). However: 1. The part is stamped "32" (pls see attached pic) which I assume means 32 inches, but when I measure the channel (metal part only, not including plastic ends pieces) it is 33 inches. Do I go b ...
