Tip of tab broke off.(see circled pic) Can I just order tab,or need to order whole cylinder assy.

I have a 37" single hung balance. There is a stamp (3640 BS.I. RC) at the base. After searching your website I believe this to be the S395 model (based on the top and bottom photos). I hope to replace 6 plastic drawer pieces that have cracked. The pieces are located at the bottom back of my drawers and keep the drawer from going off the track. The windows are aluminum... the tilt latch is cracked. It will no longer hold the window in place. The dimensions I need are 27/8 in. wide and 3/4 in. deep. Openings for screws are 2 in apart.
