Hardware keeps failing, and bending, from mirror closet door

I am retired from the window industry and thought I "knew it all." However, We have just purchased a home built in about 1993-1994 that has Caradco casement and awning windows. Do I order the pile height as measured? The striping has to be 20 plus years old. Looks like it's 9/32 x 5/32. I wasn't sure if the pile has worn down along with the fin seal ? Please inform Thanks Mike

Looking on your site I see two possible item that looks right. s351 or s390. Where do I measure to determine which balance I need.

These cabinets are approximately 30 years old. There is no brand name to be found. This is a side mount guide. The guide has a slight bend down at the rear of the guide. I was wondering if your part #32-119 would work as a replacement. Thanks
