i need the rail track guide, and the spring piece that fits in the track itself and acts as a bumper between the two doors.

The balance spring has 540 on it and is 1/2" wide. I believe I need 540 s190 spring 15-180 bal. Shoe, 15-181 dbl support detent clip. Is that correct?

I was looking for this hing to replace. It has about 6.5in arm that goes from the window to the 10in rail. It is attached at the window very close to the right edge. 3038 is stamped on underside of this arm.

Hello looking for this part for replacement 15" x 5/8s

Two casement windows installed in 2010 and both are coming free of the window operator. One window has left hand operator, other is right hand. Brand of operator is Truth. Number on arm is 32062.

I need the small plastic piece that says, "Pella" on it. The slide piece I need is the one with the black ruler background behind it. The piece is 2 in wide and about an inch deep. The other picture is only for context - my broken slide piece snaps on to this bottom mechanism. Thank you ... (cont.)

Hinge length = 10" Hinge width = 3/4"

Will crank open, but will not crank back closed. The crank arm spins back out when trhying to close. I beleive the brand = "Truth"

I need window balance coil replacements. The only marking I see is a '5'. 5lb I guess? Can you help me with the parts I need?

Hi - this is 1.25 wide - .5 inch thick and 1.5 ish tall. It does have a hole in the side where the coil screws into it. I'll need a bunch - probably 30 ish.
