I am trying to find the attached window spring /balance and bracket that attaches the window balance to the window sash pin. The channel the spring goes into is vinyl. There is no outside metal covering the spring. The windows are wood double hung. I believe orginal to the house. About mid 90s Than ... (cont.)

This is a little plastic piece that the sash pivots in when tilting out for cleaning. My house is full of these windows, and a few have this same broken piece. Are you able to ID which window i have and what part to replace?

Hello This is for Awning windows that are approx 35-36 years old. The glass measures 22'H x 27'W . There are 2 straight arms . 2 Arms per window.
