Original piece is missing. Just mounting screws left.

From all the wear and tear that always seems to happen in the cold, I have broken the threads that catch one of the screws. I think the handle 82-078 is closest to what I need. Handle has a part #45012. The locking screw threads are stripped. Also, how do you get the mechanism out of the window frame, as I don't see any screws from either side.
