I have two windows that ned to be fixed. What information do you need to help you know what parts to order?

I have included photos of broken parts for one of our windows. We bought the home and we do not know the window brand. The photo of the label is the only label we can find on the window.

A square plastic with a hole to hold the rod running across the bottom of the window. This rod rotates to move the two arms on each side of the window. It is held by two bolts.

I have a 2260 Sash Control handle with a thumb lock. The thumb lock will not engage and allow me to open the door. The interior portion of the thumb lock is about is 1". Is it broken?

Do you know what can be used to replace this? Thanks

Is the plastic part at the bottom of the inside door

Do you have a roller for the bottom of a horizontal sliding window for a gapco window? The ones that are on the window are made of nylon and have broken over a period of time. A brass of metal roller will work if you have a replacement. Thanks, Wade

The picture that I have sent comes from my window it is 3/8 x 15/16 do not know how long because the top broke off, but have found a part that seems to be fit # 15-212. I believe that this is the part , maybe someone could look and see if it is or not.
