Two brass rollers mounted in nylon bracket held in the bottom corner of the sliding window. Brand of window was Avanti installed in Arizona.

I need to replace spiral balances. 3/8" tubes 30" long, however I don't know what color tip to order, mine do not have any color

Hi, I was folding my bathroom window inward and the plastic part above (which is inside the mounting frame) broke. It's approximately 3 inches long. I believe the window is a Permaseal 1450 series. Any idea where I can get a replacement plastic part? Thanks, -Gary

This balancer came out of double hung aluminum window. The only markings on the back is the work "Japan" and the numbers "15". The unit is 15" long and is 9/16 X 9/16 along with a 5-1/2 spring.Thanks,Frank

This is the foot that goes into the shoe on the top window of the double hung window.
